Turnaround times depend on the project size, and the season, but here’s what you can typically expect on average:

Photos: 1-2 Weeks

Highlights: 2-3 Weeks

Larger Projects: 3-6 Weeks

Minor revisions are no problem! Bigger re-edits may require an additional fee, but we’ll always be transparent before making any adjustments.

We typically only deliver fully edited media that reflects our own personal style.

If you’d like raw files for specific reason, that can be discussed and potentially added to your package.

Absolutely. Mood boards and reference shots are not just acceptable, they’re heavily encouraged!

Anything that allows us to lock in the vibe you’re going for is a huge bonus. From there, we’ll blend it with our own creative direction to bring it life.

No problem. Most people aren’t sure how to pose or have never been in front of a real camera so don’t worry.

At Envisionary Productions we’ll guide you so that you don’t feel awkward the whole time. The goal is to make you look and feel like you, not overly posed.

We’re always down to travel! Our travel fee varies depending on the distance and logistics, but we’ll include that in your initial quote, so no surprises. :)

Life happens and we get that. If you have to reschedule, just give us a heads up and we’'ll find a new date that works.

Even though deposits are non-refundable, they can still be applied to a future shoots!

Not at all! You’ll have full personal and business use rights.

We also reserve the right to use shots for portfolio and social media unless you prefer to keep them private - just let us know ahead of time. :)

Yes, but we still recommend that you download your final gallery as soon as you receive it.
